About the Role

As a Research Engineer, you will work on advanced AI/ML problems, experiments, and research-driven model development. You will collaborate with the research team to build innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and train machine learning and deep learning models.
• Run experiments, perform model evaluations, and optimize architectures.
• Prepare research documentation, results, and reports.
• Implement state-of-the-art algorithms from research papers.
• Collaborate with the team on model deployment.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of ML/DL fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Experience with data preprocessing and model evaluation.
• Ability to read and implement research papers.

Nice to Have

• Experience with computer vision or NLP.
• Background in statistical learning or optimization.
• Exposure to cloud computing (AWS, GCP).
